    Hello Forum,
I ordered AAL springs but returned them (I'm still on the fence about this because it rides so good now & I am afraid of getting driveline vibes). I ordered the Hellwig helper springs, used them for 5 days, & sold them. All I have now is a u-bolt clamped to the front portion of the leaf springs (3 leafs total) & Timbrens. I think I'm good with that. What do you think. I also included a pic of the truck unloaded so you can compare.

    Thanks:)

Boat with trailer weighs 4,650 lbs.
Tacoma with 1/2 tank of gas & no occupants weighs 4,250 lbs.

The helper springs work but I have Timbrens which don't let the rear sag anyways so I had no use for them. If you don't have Timbrens & you use the helper springs it will work but the Timbrens are rated for way more weight & they do not affect the ride. Not that you should go over the vehicles limits but its good to know it can handle whatever you put in the bed or tow.
