    NUTSHELL VERSION:

1.) Download OP's file to your computer.
2.) Go to "XXXXXXXX" online 3D printing company of your choice.
3.) Create an account with said company.
4.) Upload the file donated by OP.
5.) Choose the design (white, black, chrome, sharks teeth, angel tears, etc.).
    6.) Pay for said design.
7.) Wait patiently for the new badges to arrive in the mail.
8.) Post on TW that you just got your new badges and explain how easy it was.

Stuck with the Pro black badge looked. Not the best paint job but it came out good. 2 layers of primer and 3 layers of flat black(end up not getting the satin black since I had flat black laying around). Oh and I skipped sanding since the material it's made out of looks fragile.

Let it cure for couple of days.

I didn't like the way it didn't match up to the TRD Pro badge the first time. So I applied 2 coats of Duplicolor caliper paint I had laying around.

    From this.

To this. It ain't perfect but it'll do.
