Having some issues with the kit from eibach, it consists of the springs and rear 1" lift block.

To start i am getting vibration from md 30mph to 45 then a bit a little more at 65.

I installed the emu driveshaft bearing spacer with no improvement, and not sure what happened.

    Before
setup trd pro shocks, stock tires

    After
    33" goodyear workhorse
    1 " rear block
    Front Trd pro spring upgrade.

Side note, it looks like the stock uca will rub the springs when lifted with a jack on the front end. Also notice driver side shock dust boot was smashed and another note the top rubber bushings on both front shocks is not able to be compressed as it was with stock springs.(bottoms out when tightening) overall im close to going back to stock. Anyone else having these issues?

Before lift truck had no or noticable vibration and rode like if it was driving on pillows.

Now it vibrates like a massage chair

Skip to the last 12-15 pages of the above link. There have been a few reported issues with the 2020+ spring install. 17-19 is pretty straight forward with the flat ground spring design. Also my be worth posting your issues there.

Edit: I've been running my Eibach Pro lift Springs for over a year with zero issues.

Have you tried getting the tires rebalanced? Often times vibration issues are linked to poor tire balance.

Did you do tires at same time. If so I would suspect it might be them.

Thx for the info, yes i did swap tires. I also suspect it could be the rebalancing, i had taken it back to the alignment shop and they said they checked the tires again and no issues. My 4runner has the same tires and rims so i will swap them and see if the vibration is gone. The lift isnt that much but its prettt annoying on the freeway.

Did you do an alignment after installation?

Just a quick chime in. When you added the rear block did you change the shim direction? Or you could try removing it and retesting.

Sometimes the changes in geometry although subtle can still change the driveline angles. If the shim changes don't do anything you might try a carrier bearing spacer to drop the drive line a bit.

Hope that gives to some more ideas.

Here is a picture of the shim, should it have been kept under the block?

Update i swapped tires and rims and the vibration is very minimal now, my passenger side seat still shakes but might be common?

I have the emu carrier bearing spacer in right now

Where do you feel the vibration?
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say wheel balance. My passenger seat shakes slightly, has been through the last 3 sets of wheels/tires. Was worse with my 285/75r16 Geolandar G015s on stock wheels. Very minimal now with 255/80r17 Open Country AT3s on Evo Course DakarZeros.

Same wheels/tires as before the upgrade? If so you should be able to rule that out. But shakes at those speeds is where tire balance seems to be quite noticeable. I happen to be VERY annoyed by tire balance issues. I actually went through 3 sets of tires on my 4Runner in a month before realizing it was a totally incompetent shop causing most of the issue. I actually had the dealer rebalance the third set and it was smooth as glass. If our balancer at work didn't suck so bad I would do them myself. Unless you're running aftermarket wheels most toyota alloys are lug-centric and require an adapter to be used on a high speed balancer. Even then it takes someone who knows what they are doing to get a truck tire balanced well.

I have no experience with the front but I have a about 2 months experience with the rear lift blocks. I have experienced zero vibration. There are shims under the spring packs, that I left in place. I have no steady bearing shims.

Do you have the same vibration in 4wd? Could it be the needle bearing in the front?

So i experienced the vibration on the way home, its hard to tell if its front or back. I dont feel any vibration in my steering but i do feel a little on the floor and my passenger seat is seeing a bit. I may remove the block and carrier spacer and see if it gets corrected.
