Yeah I would say you got a lemon. I have done a few phone calls with mine, nobody has complained. I did make a voice recording with my stock system before I uninstalled it, so that I can compare it with the new one. I’ll do that tonight probably...

    Public Service Announcement:

You can change your odometer units from the screen on your dash with the steering wheel controls!

I was pulling my hair out because I installed Carista, connected to my OBD2 adaptor, and Carista can change every setting in the book except units :annoyed:

    Fortunately it’s not necessary

I just got mine, installed but noticed I do not have the car info in the menu nor the ability to disable the parking line guide like in your vid @delonix

Edit, car model was not set. I have car info now but still no setting disable guide lines

Maybe it's a settings thing, but my back up camera quality sure is not the same. Any thoughts?

You are right, looks low definition. I am still testing the 360 system and replaced the oem camera. IMO the aftermarket looks better. I will try to snap some pictures during the day to compare and report back.

Ok...thought it was just me. I'm up and running. The DSP of the headunit is nice with a good set of speakers. Since I was already invested, decided to install a few more items :D

Great job. I’m assuming one could do this with the coming 2020 head units? Just swap them out and add cameras and lines...

Could it also completed where the radio runs on auxiliary so the stereo plays until one opens the door and not turn off when one turns off the motor?

So I was annoyed with the bending of the stock brackets, so I 3D printed my own. I’m still tweaking the design, but when it’s done I can link the .stl files in case anyone else wants to print them/have them printed rather than bending the stock ones.

That's awesome. I didnt have to bend it that much but it sure wasn't PNP for that part.

So I guess I missed the boat on the IYING version that doesn't need a dongle for Apple Carplay? Is the Dasaita the same? Do I need the dongle?

Mine did that a few times initially. Double check that everything is plugged it snugged?

Hi, just to let you know, I already ask the manufacturer about the odometer issue. They acknowledge my request. As soon I get an answer I will let you know.

    BTW, awesome bracket solution!

Have you(@Ceejiggy32,@_gray_knight_ ) noticed if it happens when the unit resets/restart after an app crash or any other reason?
