It's a package exclusively from Southeast Toyota that adds better rims and tires, running boards, and I think tint on the front windows.

It's a nice looking package, but it only makes sense in the region where it is sold.

My problem with it is you can't figure out the price adjustment on top of invoice since it's not a factory option. Some dealers seem to throw it in for free while others charge an arm and a leg for it.

at the dealership where i bought my 2015 TSS 4WD V6, they gave me a $1500 rebate for getting a truck with the TSS Package. from what i understand, they things that made my truck a TSS were the rims and tires, running boards, and floor mats. all of which i have sitting in the shed hahaha.

Same discount here. I had no front tint on mine though. And the wheels are the same as the TX Edition tacos down here, so really I think it's the stickers and the floor mats and the tires (rugged terrains). Or maybe the sticker IS the package, lol! All I know is I'm happy with my TSS.

Here you go. A pic of the sticker (LOL) when I had the stock steps and one of the wheels after I had my sliders installed. And my floor mats have been sitting in a box for over a year so I don't have a pic of them handy. Suspension wise I've read that the TSS is the same as a TRD Sport, but the TSS doesn't get the blinker in the mirror (LAME!) or the hood scoop.

There is also a TSS Chrome package (at least there was in 2014). I saw a couple of tacos on the lot that had the same wheels and steps but in a chrome finish.

I had the entire truck tinted after I got it, so now the back windows on the door and the back of the cab are very dark. I kept the front legal though. I didn't want to have issues like I had with my previous car.

I do love those TSS wheels but they're 18s right? Tires get expensive when you go from a 16" rim to an 18" rim...

No, they are 17" wheels. Now that you mention that, I think the older TSS Tacomas had 20s from the factory. 20" chrome wheels. If I had to guess I'd say they started using these 17's on the 2012+ TSS and TX Edition Tacos.

They were nice! It seemed like the only Taco's they had no the lot were TSS's with the black wheels. Just different colored trucks and one that had a Tan interior that smelled like McDonalds.

I have a 2014 TSS. Salesman said what made it a TSS package is the floor mats, decal, tube steps, wheels, and tires. My wheels and tube steps are the chrome version. It looks nice when clean but I no longer like keeping up with chrome.

I'm curious if it's true that the TSS has the sport suspension as mentioned above? I'd like to get a 2017 when they roll out and that would help with deciding between a sport or off road...
