I have not seen many trucks like mine for sale. I am planning to either trade it in or sell outright for a Tacoma or tundra automatic as some pretty severe injuries have made it almost impossible for me to drive a manual. Could anyone give me a fair price to ask for sale or trade in?

2015 dcsb 4x4 6sp manual. It’s a base model but has towing and convience packages. I also added 2022 Tacoma factory rims and the Kevlar factory tires along with a body guard bumper and a tri fold soft toneau cover. 117k miles and 1 owner. Exterior is 95% perfect and the interior is as well minus a small tear in the drivers seat.

I did hit a deer a year and a half ago and had the repairs done at a shop.

Thanks for any replies, as these truck prices are all over the place online and I have no idea where to start. carmax online offer said 21k but I trust carmax as much as a commie.

21k for a 2015 w/ 117,000 miles, with carfax damage isn’t a bad deal, and nothing you added will increase value on a dealer buy, and only a smidge with a private sell. You can also check the for sale threads here on TW to compare and contrast what others are asking for with their respective vehicles, although asking does not equate to what it’s worth, but it might help you with your pricing points.

Thanks, I thought it was decent but I was not sure. Nothing local for sale and I can only find stuff on eBay motors and they are waaaay over 21k which is way too high. I did find a pre runner like mine for sale locally but it had damage and was 19k

21k seems like a lot for a Carmax offer. If they would do that I think that's a pretty good price.

The one you saw locally was an asking price...unless you know it actually sold for 19k.

I recently bought mine. I was looking all over for a DCSB MT Offroad. There were a few in the 15-16k range, with some of the nicer ones in the 17-18k range. They did all have closer to 200k miles, but still.

Don't be surprised if your "local" dealer will offer significantly less than NADA trade-in because of the manual transmission. Was looking to trade my truck on a used 2016 4runner about 2 yrs ago, and the Toyota dealer offered 3k less than NADA trade in value and wouldn't budge because they felt it would be difficult to move because of the MT...... Liked the 4runner, but not that much.....
Honestly would take the CARMAX offer for 21k if i was still looking to trade/sell

Yes that’s my plan, unfortunately I just can’t drive it anymore due to a major accident in my wife’s car a couple months ago. Some 16 yo mom with a 4 year old “not a typo” t boned me at 45 mph while I was stopped at a light. I hate it as it’s my baby I take super good care of but it’s just sitting idle.

Food for thought as I don't know where you're located, but you might throw it up on CL here in Denver. There's a '15 2015 dcsb 4x4 6sp manual, 130k miles, REBUILT title and he's asking 23k. Prices for 2015's are as high as 27k in this market. It's crazy what Coloradoans will pay.

Yeah 21k is actually about what I'd expect it to go for around here. MT don't sell quite as high as AT but even an AT would expect around 23k at a dealer, also base models seem to take more of hit than sr5 I'm guessing folks just don't like the black bumpers and no cruise control. Would still say put it up on CL or FB for 23k and see
