I am sure that the salesman at the Honda dealership will sell one of those things to whoever has the money/ credit to buy it, just like the Toyota salesman will sell a Tacoma to anyone who has the means- also sure that if you are fearful about what other people will think of you based on what type of vehicle you are driving, you are suspect......

I bet the ridgeline shifts better than the Tacoma. But hell what doesn't.

I was part of the design team, not specifically an engineer (of many people) in the design studio for the interior.
I'm not sure how much swag we have since we're not on the marketing side of American Honda.
I'm in R&D, and that's a separate entity on the same campus. We see all the cool shit though :)

Man you guys are harsh.... LOL.

I get more compliments with the 3rd gen than the new Ridgeline in the parking lot all the time.

Most guys love the "VTEC" ricer feel of the powerband on the Ridge though... meaning, it's torqueless! They complain about the fuel economy on the front wheel drive truck also. For the ones who've leased them, they're getting 13-16 at best..... from a FWD. we're not given the lease options on the AWD versions just yet, maybe not ever.

Hopefully Honda employee lease is as attractive as the giveaway $600 lease on GTRs in Tennessee

Shit, we couldn't lease an S2k before, and any mention of the new NSX will get some chuckles... Honda only sells them. We can't even lease the new pilot at the moment because the demand is so high. Customers are eating up more than we can produce at the moment.

We are not that fortunate.....mmmm... GTR...

I bough my taco because I like the looks of it and I don't drive it very much because I have other veicles but holy shit it drives pretty poorly and it is under power!
Ridge line drives amazing but it looks like dog shit!

Ridgeline is an SUV not a truck. I too am insulted to have my Tacoma compared to one.

I think we should throw rocks at Ridgeline owners, due to the insult, don't you?

It's not the owners' fault, it's the reviewers, they deserve the rocks.

I don't have much faith in reviews. I believe they're heavily influenced by who buys advertising. Owners' experiences on a forum such as tacomaworld.com are much more revealing. Why even GM and Dodge get good reviews.

Redline did a good review. Enjoyed it.

Made good points... Especially: "Choose either/or for what you primarily use the vehicle for and how it will accommodate your needs".

I enjoyed my Tacoma and will enjoy my Ridgeline too.
