I guess you missed the part where he has the same 3rd gen Tacoma as you and can do everything you’re doing right now while waiting for a Rivian?

I was about to say, "well there's an answer to a question that nobody asked." Go ahead and watch the video and you'll find that one of the overpaid executives actually admits just that.

I am at a loss for thinking of a equivalent innovation that no one thought they wanted at the time it was proposed.

All three have stock suspension and are on different settings

Also all three wheel sizes are represented: 20”, 21” and 22”

I watched that video earlier. Good real world test of the effects wheel/tire size and type have on efficiency.

I’d rather my suspension fixed at either the mid or high height and 17” wheels with decent tire sidewall height. Less shit to break, better flat protection and better when aired down. Remember it’s supposed to be a truck not an import tuner.

It’s whatever the owner wants to be not what you say it is.

Just because it is a “truck” doesn’t mean it has to fall into your stereotype of what a truck should look like. I don’t want a low rider, but sometimes my ankle and knee are jacked and a lower vehicle is easier to get in to. It will also handle a lot better.

The 20” tire option has about 1/4” more sidewall than the TRD Sport and 1/4” less than the TRD Off-road. Negligible difference in other words.

    16”/17” wheels with a 31” tire vs 20” wheel with a 34” tire.

I’m just messing with you. Why are you so emotionally attached to a truck you don’t even own yet?
