Tacoma wave

On my island it would be like waving to everyone. We don't wave. Unless waving to friends with Tacomas count.

 

I only wave at Tacomas when I'm in my Jeep.
I only wave at Jeeps when I'm in my Tacoma.

Keeps thing interesting.

 

When I had my Subaru STi it was definitely a thing to wave to other WRX owners, everywhere I went. When I swapped to a BRZ I was sadly disappointed that I was completely ignored... Sad because I actually cared and felt left out lol.. So when I got a Tacoma I gave it a try at first, but as many have said, its just not there.. Maybe a modded one, I pretty much gave up.. I am also a motorcycle rider so between the Subaru and the Bike it was sort of "normal" to wave to fellow enthusiast.. I appreciate all vehicles though, I am always commenting or rubbernecking to check something out. My wife just doesn't understand me lol..

 

I got a thumbs up out of the driver's window a few weeks ago. He had a 2nd gen silver Sport. I thought that was cool...

 

True. And screw you you Jersey scum. Lol. When I had my WRX it was a 100% wave. My wife used to say we were all weirdos. Either you get it or you don't.

 

I yell “TACOMA BROTHER.....(pause) HELLO!”

Girlfriend thought it was funny for the first few times, then she hated it, and now she joins in

 

I just list off the generation and specs based off of badges and whatnots.. wifey hates it after 1 month.

Will report back if she eases up.
