    So I got an email that said you replied. I can turn on email for new posts in forums too. When it's convenient for me, I log in, hit "new posts" and see what's up. If I'm in a hurry, just the posts in threads I watch.

    Not really sure what advantage push notification offers over "traditional" notification except maybe timing-for me, timing on forum posts is not a big deal-I'm not gonna lose anything or die if I don't see Volcom's latest update in the NorCal thread.

    :thumbsup: on Volcom. There are a lot of people, me included, that don't want their email filled with junk. That would mean I have to go delete hundreds of emails a day. Push notifications are a removed when looked at

    Email filters work wonders. And you can set your email options to send once a day. idk. 6 of one, half dozen of the other. Bottom line for me is push notifications are a PITA and I turn that off for everything. I filter forum email so I can deal with it on my terms which is why I prefer the email option.
