If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
I forgot to register that year, but I think you are right. Last year was the biggest turnout (yet), but I think we managed it pretty well. Some people got REALLY defensive when called-out for not posting they received a gift.

I hope we don't have any butt-hurt this year - it is pretty juvenile and immature to not be grateful for what you get. There's no "limit" to what you can spend, and there're always a few members that go above-and-beyond when sending gifts, but that's no excuse to get :jellydance: or envious.

For me (personally) it's more about GIVING a personable gift and making it fun, funny, realistic and relevant to what your giftee might want/need.

The butt hurt was because the person running it got sent a toy that had to do with butt hurt :rimshot:

    LOLOLOL

Oh, we were talking the literal butt-hurt. In that case, no Fist Dildos this year (unless specifically requested :D)

    I know what you meant

Only one and he was recorded on the naughty list

    Yes it was. 2012.
    Naughty/nice list

Very well said. I think 2012 had some asshole bitching that "I only got a $20 gift and someone got a $300 gift" which is another reason for the bitch fit!

Then I stepped in and it's been smooth sailing.

    Yep

What happens if there is an odd number of names?

Then I don't get a gift. I will withdraw myself from the list to make an even number.

And just to clarify, benson and Bennett can attest that ALL names are randomly selected. No sort of match making to score loot. I'm not like that

It doesn't matter. It isn't a 1-1 thing. You don't get the same person who gets you. If there was 5 people, numbered 1-5 it'd be...

    1-2
    2-3
    3-4
    4-5
    5-1

    Nobody goes gift-less.

Off-topic, but I was at Home Depot with my G/F, and she remembered we needed batteries for the fireplace electric starter. She asked the guy "Where are your Double D batteries", we both looked at each-other and smirked....I didn't bother correcting her. She's too cute and naive. :)

    What about them?

Personally, I prefer the Glocks or the S&W M&P's. The XD's have never felt right in my hand.
