Random stuff. Oh! and converted to non ADD 4x4.
Stop swapping parts, start proper troubleshooting of parts and circuits with a dmm. Parts looking good don’t mean they are properly working.

Lean code and knock sensor code... yeah no wonder why you are getting 7mpg.

Start proper diagnosis of these codes, verify no exhaust leaks, verify knock sensor harness and that knock sensors from older gen are the same as newer gen (ECUs did change in 2012 i believe).

Knock sensor was one of the most requested fixes and one of the most probable issues so if you have no ideas on what to check then just don’t reply

You were the one that wasn't worried about the knock sensor code. You asked for help originally and now you don't want the replies. Keep on shotgunning ideas and parts without verifying them and enjoy your headaches.

Not really headaches man and asking for help because this is a lot different from diesels I work on most the time but for anyone who said knock sensors I got it apart and my knock sensor harness is completely chewed in half it may not fix my issue but what’s the worst that can happen it gets rid of knock sensor code it needed done anyway

Fixing the Knock Sensor can only help.
I don’t know if it will fix the lean code. Time will tell. I’d clear the codes after you get it put back together and drive it.

Not trying to be mean. But. A period. Between sentences. Would help us understand what you’re trying say.

Sounds like you’re willing to dig deeper into a project than many, me included.

Don’t let the tomato throwing bother you. We all have our moody moments.

Someone posted a detailed how to fix the rodent chewed knock sensor wires, and how to help prevent it from happening again. Try to find that, it should help.

not sure why you have a 5” lift

Normal lift is typically 2-3” max and can clear 35’s

Knock sensor senses knock. If it senses knock whether there’s a real knock or malfunction having to do with the sensor, it will probably put the engine into limp mode to protect the engine with reduced power.
Not sure why that’s something you wouldn’t be worried about.

that’s why diagnosis and diagnostic charges exist. If you don’t want to pull out a $10 miltimeter to check wires you can pay someone else to do it.
Or keep throwing expensive unrelated new parts at it until the end of time

the first step of replacing a part is figuring out which part is bad and why

How confident are you in the welding that blocked off the air injection port? Absolutely an exhaust leak upstream of a A/F sensor will tank the mileage. Put some shop air up the tailpipe and listen for leaks or use a spray bottle of soapy water

Without the knock sensor. Timing won't advance or retard as the engine load varies. Definitely Taking away power, and ruining your mileage.

You have to repair the lean condition, and the knock sensor issues. Make sure everything is operating as it should.
