Sweet photos man!! Yeah, wakeboarding is a blast in the summer. I've never been out on Lake Tapps.

    Haha,

Yeah, it's fun but if there's quite a bit of boat traffic the water can be quite rough, especially during Sea Fair. Not so good when you're in a tournament boat and the waves come over the bow and into the boat!

A few recent bits and muffler stories.

I had another new Magnaflow muffler installed. As you may remember, I had an 18" XL3 chambered Magnaflow installed and while I liked it a lot, it rattled from time to time. It was warrantied out and they sent a new one and guess what, it rattled too right out of the box. It was pretty frustrating. To me, Magnaflows mufflers sound the best on these trucks so I told myself that I would take one more chance and go with a straight through type this time 'round. I went with a round 14" unit and from what I've read and heard through the sound clips, I was expecting it to be a good bit louder. Let me tell you, IT'S NOT. In fact, it's even quieter than the chambered 18" I had. I guess that it must be because it's round and not oval like the type everyone else runs, but my research told me otherwise that the round types were actually a bit throatier. It sounds almost completely stock inside the cab unless you roll the windows down and you can tell that it's a little deeper tone. Anyway, it's fine, and I'm happy with it.

Other than that, not really anything else other than recently repacking both my cv's and the addition of more pliable, high angle, type NW Offroad boots.

Below are a few photos taken over Father's Day weekend at my Dad's office. I tell ya, it's about time for 35's!

Part of me would like to find a cheap set of used 35's on CL sometime to see just how bad they rub, how much the mpg's go down and what the power is like. If I ever do, I'll probably try it out just for the experience. :)

they will rub WAY bad lol. You have to do a ton of cutting and banging to fit them. Power wise..for street use..it won't be HORRIBLE..but the mpgs will take quite a hit with stock 4.10s haha

Im going to 35s next too :D LT first tho.

Some prep for my road trip in August. Well not the battery so much, my stock one started going down the drain earlier in the week so something had to done rather quickly.

The oil change on the other hand won't happen until next month before I head down to Cali. :)

Yeah, visiting for the time being. Used to live down here and go to college (the good 'ol days), then moved back up to Washington to work for my Dad. Would love to move back down some time in the future to escape the crap weather Washington recieves year 'round and I love the atmosphere down here as well. It's where I feel at home.

I don't think you'll be dissapointed with those boots... keep me updated!
