    mostly stock, grocery gettin' Prius
    The center part that runs the width of the panel is where it bolts other than the top part I mentioned. There's 4 bolts that hold it there. Here is a pic of it plain:

    Hmm just realized that I'm not even reinstalling my rear seats ... so I went ahead and removed those 2 seat brackets toward the top of the molle panel. But I do have the attachment holes currently covered by the sound deadening material. Does the molle panel come with the screws for those?

    I believe so. Just long enough to poke through the grid-it organizer and bite into the underside of your armrest without poking through the top.
