There were plenty of them there also

 

In the NW it seems there are a lot of tacos but I bet there are more down in cali. I keep seeing the threads about the norcal and socal stickers.

I see at least 15-20 tacomas per day around here. A lot of them are moddded too

 

See that's interesting. Up here I see a handful every day, but I only see a modded on every other day or so. They seem to be more rare. Then again I live in the city, so having beefy tires and a lift is not quite 'useful'. (for lack of a better word)

 

It's the same just south from where you are. You see a ton of Tacoma's rollin' around but rarely see a Tacoma that is modded out here.

 

I would have thought there would be more in Gig Harbor cause you got more areas to play around...

After reading this yesterday I counted all the 2nd gen Toyota's on the frwy coming home from work. I started on the 101 in Studio City then hit the 134 into Glendale and then to the 2 frwy north to LaCresenta and I counted 37 trucks.

 

I also noticed allot of Land Cruisers as well............

 

It's kinda like that saying about how you never see the car you want to buy on the road, but then when you get it you see it everywhere. Maybe its just because you are more aware of it guess? hmmm....

 

I see 4 parked on my street every night/morning

 

a few days ago in the course of 3 miles i saw 3 different 1st gens that were stock, and probably the same year as mine, all 98'-99'. it was pretty cool seeing so many little stock copys of my truck drive by. And they all looked at me and wondered if i did indeed have the same truck as they did

 

Yesterday during a 15 mile trip, I counted 18!
