It was a blast ran across a dead jeep on skull road... Had to push it off to the side cause that trail was so tight i wasn't turning around... My truck definately impressed me I can't believe some of the inclines I climbed after the lunch break.... Wish I would have been more patient and waited around for everyone else to be ready to roll lol just to excited to hit an play on trails

One heck of an experience. Thanks for all who made this possible and also to those who showed us the ropes. Can't wait to go back when the tacos got a few more mods. Made this quick video out of the GoPro footage i took. If you like it give it a thumbs up it always helps. Thanks

    Question for Gen1 owners.

Do you have a skid plate for your fuel tank? I was under the truck today and the tank is fully exposed on mine.

Yeah, there should be a tinfoil based skid plate with a bunch of holes. You said you got a new frame right? Maybe the didn't put it back on?

It's useless anyway. I dragged my tank over a rock and now my fuel gauge never goes below 3/4 full... It's dented up about an inch or two.

Build a skid. Pretty easy project if you want to get more familiar with your welder.

Anyone here work at the airport in Minneapolis? Flew in there on a trip with the girlfriend. She likes to collect mugs from our trips. We got one for every city we visited, but forgot Minneapolis. We saw a really cool one in the airport but were in a rush to get our bags, and later forgot to pick one up that day.

I can PayPal the cost of mug plus shipping if you happen to work there. Let me know.

    Thanks
    -Josh

I do not, but maybe next time I'm there (or someone else watching this thread?) someone can help you out.

Post a description of the mug, maybe you'll get lucky!

It was in one of those snack/book/souvenir stores. Had a bunch of Minnesota stuff, including some funny tshirts. The mug had a rustic look to it. Like something you'd see in a cabin. Was simple, only said Minnesota on it.
