Been there and done that, then moved back. Lived down in the Mankato/New Ulm area for a job. Nice enough area with surprisingly good water to paddle, but I missed trees and clearer water so we moved back about 8 yrs ago.

I have visited central and northern Minnesota countless times, but I have never lived north of the Twin Cities. I grew up in southern Minnesota surrounded by farm fields.

Anyone looking for a set of OE Sport tires? I want the Sport wheels but not tires and wondering about splitting them up if anyone is interested locally.

$800 is pretty steep. Most sell for $400-600

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
I go back and forth between Grand Rapids and the Cities weekly. If that counts.

For wheels and tires? I've seen just the wheels going for $3-400, so figured that wasn't horrible for both with TPMS also. Would try to work him down if someone wanted tires and went ahead with trying to buy.

All the take offs I’ve sold (and have seen sell) have went for $400 without tpms. Tpms adds value but not $400 worth.

Definitely not expecting anything much for the TPMS. More just nice-to-have than adding much of any value. These are supposedly "brand new" (less than 400 miles) and both wheels AND tires. Been watching the wheels sale forum as well and seems like the used wheels for OR are going around ~$400 usually, though maybe that isn't the best place to set expectations. I was thinking more around $650 was reasonable for both, but surprised if both go as cheap as you were saying.

Not doubting you, just trying to re-calibrate my expectations. Too bad you aren't selling them at that price! :spending:

I’d sell my wheels and tires for $600, then I could buy the wheels from @Shellshock

I haven’t put 10 miles on it in the last 3 weeks, so it doesn’t feel like I have it anymore.

Back in my day I could fill up my 79 F150 with $20 and have enough change for a icee.

Them days are back... but where the hell is Lake City, MN?

To folks living in the metro area and interested in 1st Gen parts:

I'm making a parts run Saturday to sell and buy some other stuff , but I have some random first gen parts available such as....

Used OEM 01-03 headlights ($40) , new set of taillights ($65), intake for 3.4 ($25), heads off 3.4 ($65), oil pan ($10), new OEM therostat 180 degree ($5), throttle body off 01 AT 3.4 ($50), rear bumper covers ($5), 3rd gen 4runner 5 spoke wheels (need the be refinishes, $75)

I can post pics if interested. I'd be willing to sell the whole lot and deliver for $250 to anywhere along my route. If individuals wanted specific parts I'd we willing to meet at one location and folks could grab what they wanted.

I'll be in the St. Paul area around 10:00 and the Savage area after that. If you're interested, let me know and I'd gladly bring any of this stuff with.

Did a quick search, looks like they are only 01-03. The oil pan came off a 3.4 that spun a bearing, same with the heads.
