If you have a mechanical aptitude of 7/10+ doing your own gears is pretty straight forward. Even easier when you are working with a drop out third member.

It’s borderline scary your first time, but absolutely doable.

Just saw a red ACLB with a topper and yakima crossbars and a steel rear bumper. Also had TRD beadlock rims anyone know who it is? It was in down town Anoka.

Trying to unload an OEM roof rack for a 2nd gen Tacoma. I had to use a dremel to cut out a couple rusted bolts and you can see a little damage to the plastic in that area. It will not affect the function and cannot be seen when the bars are folded. Hardware included buy you'll need a couple extra bolts to replace the ones that were cut out.

Located in Bemidji, willing to travel a reasonable distance to meet.

    $75

EDIT: Having some issues with photos right now. Going to take 10 deep breaths and try again.

Need an alignment for the truck. Added some 1” spring spacers on the 6112s and JBA UCAs.

Anyone have good luck with any shops in the south metro?

I was skeptical I needed to find a 4wd specialty shop to mount my 33” mud terrains and do my alignment after my 2” lift, so I gave the job to my regular shop who has never done we wrong. 5 hours and $400 later the job was complete. Egads! I think their tech was lacking experience in the area. I would like to find a shop that specializes in 4wd for these sort of things in the future. I think 4wheelparts is an option, but they are a long long ways from me. Please let me know if you find something.

I’ve used him for my speedy cars, but never thought to reach out for 4x4.

He’s a bit curmudgeon sometimes but hands down the best alignment guy I’ve ever used. Factory spec, custom spec, corner weighting, he does it all.

Friend of mine had a similar experience

I’d say worth a shot with the truck. Let us know how it turns out if you go with him again

The smart one in the house reminded me that I may have a lifetime alignment at Firestone. The Bloomington location has always been solid with my lofted trucks, and get within my specs when I needed to eek out some extra camber on my old auto-x car. I’ll call both in the morning. Discount got my new tires into the shop in <3hr.

Btw... anyone have a set of 5th gen t4r 17s they want to part with cheap? I’m considering moving to 17s and 33s, and selling the TRD rock ring wheels.

The Alignment Guy (Jeff) is amazing! He has done my Tacoma before and after my lift.

He is lovely enough when he wants, just isn't much of a talker. He has done all of my sister and brother-in-laws custom cars and all of my family's daily drivers! He does book up though so don't be surprised if you have to wait.

Also, the main road outside his shop when you test drive his work pulls to the left so get off that road to test it or you'll end up having him correct something that was perfect.

Spring spacers on 6112s? Have you adjusted the perch? I'm confused.

Not in your neck of the woods but Andover Wheel and Frame is super solid. low tech but they are spot on when I go there.

TRD Baja 6112s, so I only have the one extra notch for left vs right, not the full range the aftermarket 6112s have.

    Aahhh, that makes sense.
I love my 6112s. I upgrade to the 650lb springs. Feels real good w/ steel plate bumper.
