If thats their play, they are really screwing over alot of people who crashed their cars because they didnt plow. I would think the cost in property damage would be higher than the savings of not sending out the plows.... unless they are running small crews due to covid.

Gotta remember that they wont salt before dark. The snow and ice will melt and then freeze worse then before. In Anoka and Coon Rapids there was sheets of ice for 3 days after that rain. Ive been in MN for 31 Years and I think that day was the worst driving conditions I have ever seen!

Just moved here in June from Dallas, TX. Is there a Minnesota Classifieds thread somewhere? I searched the forum but didn't come up with anything...

Theres a Midwest classifieds, not a Minnesota specific one.

Coworker who got me on the Taco Train (he's a big time car guy, even bigger toyota fan. Has had multiple 4 Runners that he's modded - known him for 4-5 years and he has had three 4 Runners and a few cars in that time span. Currently he is driving a 4th gen V8).

Anyways, with his help got the cover, headlights, fog lights, taco lights and side lights installed.

Black Friday Sale so I had to get the Morimoto XB. I'm not good at pics so I'll try to get some better ones this week with less shine glare.

Hey there, moved here in July from Seattle area. Was looking for a reputable shop in the area for some wheels/rims as well as a possible regearing. Anyone here have some recommendations in doing around the Twin Cities?

    thanks in advance.

I bought wheels online, tires from Discount Tire and I'm in search of a good shop myself.

I was thinking of doing the same but recently found Zeus Off-road. I sent them an email looking to see if they can accommodate the tire and rim combo I’m looking for as well as a possible regearing. Will see what they say.

any other reliable shops people have been using?

Has anyone had any work done at the 4wheel parts store in Brooklyn park?

Don’t think they do good work. If you want tires and wheels they are ok. They are more for Jeep’s and fords.

The actual work they've done for me has been fine as far as oil changes, TSB/recall work, etc., but on multiple occasions they've run my truck or wife's car through their carwash when I asked them not to (they use a brush wash and I prefer touchfree) and filled the washer fluid when I ask them not to (prefer Rain-X stuff as it helps with rain beading/snow removal). Not a fan when they can't follow simple instructions like that.

Also had multiple issues with their third party vendors for mod work when I bought my 2019, so much so that I traded it in for a 2020 and did things myself on the new one.
