From what I hear, this open house was the largest yet. My LBJ's were shot and tried to replace them on Thursday. First bolt sheared in the knuckle and I knew I was screwed. With only 3 bolts holding the LBJ on, I couldn't make it up there. It took the shop over 4 hours of torching but my LBJ's are now replaced. The drivers side was shot with a fair amount of play in it.

^is their painter any good? I'm thinking of repainting the front bumper and color matching the fender flares on my Denali and am looking for a good shop to do it. Maaco is cheap but they suck.

    Yeah, Mark's the Jam.

I'll try to remember to grab some pics in the daylight tmrw. I had:

The roof stripped, rust fixed, epoxied, primed, painted, cleared and blended, the windshield frame rot fixed, the drivers bedside cleaned up and cleared (chipping clear coat from previous owner) Both bumpers and sliders sandblasted and primed... for a very fair price. I can see no lines, everything looks factory.

Honestly, solid work that i'd happily pay for again.

Not exactly what you expect from fiberwerx... They have only been here for 2 weeks and the gel coating is cracked around the wheel wells

Dang, it's like christmas over there minne. And i have no idea on the fiberglass, but if i bought those new, and they were already in that condition, i'd call them up and see what they can do about it before fixing it on my own.

They didn't have the cracks when the showed up that's from sitting for two weeks... Idk if it was the way my wife had them sitting or what... They showed up when I was at work they were supposed to be signed for and the FedEx fucker just dropped them and left... She unpackaged them and then set them how I had them in the grass... But in my mind the light weight of the fender should not crack the jell coating in my mind I think these fenders had to have been poorly made

Even more reason to find a fiberglass pro in Minnesota... Bought this boat yesterday for the motor but after driving it I wanna revive this awesome little 11ft kit wood boat and make her sea worthy again
