John, the sandblaster takes almost as much time and is WAY messier. I spent about 4 hours, blasting 2.5-3 I tried hard to get it into our big shot blaster 6’ table, I seriously considered cutting about 3” of ears off both sides just to get it but not there yet. Maybe next time we’ll see.

I know I totally agree JB but Christmas and Disney funds take priority. Maybe spring?

NO!! Man must do hard work to prove man status!!!

That’s why I got my kids hooked on Overlanding and basic camping shortly after birth. My 4yo keeps pushing for Colorado this year.

It’s easy when they are little Rich. When they become teenagers they don’t even want to spend time with you. My 16 yo has a night job and up until last night hadn’t seen the kid all week. My kids are OK with camping and what not, but they’d rather have a weekend on the shore At Surfside. Or a spring break Disney trip. My wife does NOT camp, that cramps my style somewhat. Appreciate a wife who likes to do that stuff. When the kids are gone I’m getting a dog to come.

I got my wife hooked with a rooftop tent. She’s the financier of the hab.

And I can’t wait for my kids to be older. I’m driving out to Colorado for a month of work training.... alone... it’s going to be glorious.

    Hey there fellow Minnesotan's!

Was wondering if there a decent fab shop that could do a bed rack over my softopper or bolt on running board / sliders in the twin cities metro area that wouldn't rake me over the coals on cost? Or even better if there is there is a local member that may be looking to part with either of the items I'm looking for?

Just wish the tool box was on the right side instead of the left.

Yeah but in 2017, and we didn’t really participate. I have mixed feelings about not participating. We went out to the dunes where they were all camping, and it was so dusty it was like fog. We played in the sand in the dark for about 10 minutes. That was enough. I wasn’t staying there if you paid me. We just missed out on some of the Bro happenings. Maybe another time. The desert is not my favorite. Moab was awesome. Just totally new experience for me.
