    I love having a manual transmission on ice. Especially here in GA where it's very hilly everywhere and we seem to get ice more than snow in the winter. Going down a steep icy hill, you can just put it in 1st gear let the clutch out and just crawl down an icy hill without ever having to touch the brakes.
