While I can see the point behind this, and face it, I don't post this stuff, I do think there is some subjectiveness here. Heck, some peoples' SIGS could violate that rule! lol. I respect the mods, and Bob, but wow. Seems like getting a little tight there. Oh I will follow the rules for sure, of course. I am curious however if this change has been driven by a minority of people on here, or a majority. Hey, if it's none of my business, I get it. Was just curious if a few got offended and the rest are suffering. again, you all know me, I will follow the rules.

it's actually always been the rules, but people like to push the envelope, and we eventually have our hands forced.

we deal with sigs and avatars as they are presented to us but typically those get a bit more leeway because you can adjust your settings to not see them...you don't have a choice when you open a thread and someone has posted something that isn't for family viewing etc

The rule was revised due to the constant complaints we received about one member to another, and vise versa. It was creating issues, and members were unsure of what was allowed and what was not.

I wouldn't call it 'tightening up' just simply clarifying what was already in place so there is no misinterpretation of what is permitted.

    Edit: Typed after TigerFan posted.

Here is my stance. Stop clicking on these links when you should be working! Or at work. Or when the kids are around. Theres worse on prime time TV!

Whatever, I do not post that stuff either. Not my site. But the complaining and nit picking is petty/.
