I've been a modder for a while. I had two Toyota MR2s, first one was a 93 and it had a bunch of stuff done to it.. JDM this, adjustable struts that, ... then I got an 88 Supercharged as a second car and it was just as bad..

After kids my modding calmed down until now... Damn you Toyota; I've had a Mazda, Ford, Volvo, VW, and Acura. Nothing has been more mod friendly than Toyota. So now I'm back and with a Taco.. well after one month, I have a raised rear view mirror, step bars, black chromed emblems, and a list a mile long of what's next. Thanks TacomaWorld, now my kids will be stuck eating peanut butter and jelly all the time and my wife won't talk to me.

Just kidding about that last part, I can control my self, right?

    lol
I got bit by the mod bug and fell into that expensive cycle with my project car, and my weekend/carshow car.
I bought this truck as a reliable, long term, daily driver with a warranty. I can not go through this with yet another vehicle, my wallet, my passion, and my attention can literally not do it again.
With that said, here I am. With plans for slight front lift /level, and beefier tires. And that's it!...
    Thanks a lot.

I agree with the OP. I am itching to hopefully do my first mod(s) this summer. A hybrid bumper and front suspension to support the winch I want to install. I also want to install sliders. Eventually I would like to do a 3" lift and change out my 265's for 285's.

Props goes out to KM Fab for the future work they will be doing on my hybrid bumper and sliders.

Listen people, stop your belly aching and just get some counseling.

There's a counseling thread here somewhere that recommends you buy something nice for your truck to make you feel better....

I can't wait to read the "What did you do to your Tacoma today" thread each day to see what else I need!:D

Prior to my wedding the wife hated my spending on the trucks. Well now a month after the wedding. I have put more money into her tacoma than mine. Was suppose to be the other way. And now she is a member of tw aswell. It could be worse but now we have 2 people modding trucks in the house. Oh

I saw a white modded Tundra at BPS tonight. I am not really a Tundra fan but this one was nice. Lift kit, mudders, and remote reservoirs on rear. I almost stopped to get out and look at it. Looks like he spent some dough.
