I was gonna ride with one of the locals.

But I'm going to just do my solo cross country tour later in the year. Fuck summer.

Merry Christmas, Scotty Too Hotty. I can't apologize enough for my screw up. But as I mentioned, always nice receiving gifts when you think all the gifts are done. Haha.

I stalked you pretty well and being as I used to be a gym rat myself [I need get back in the gym already. (I too have a bad back. Herniated L5,S1 disc)] I knew a couple essential gym goodies are always nice to receive.

As for the beers, those are from a brewery near me in Los Angeles. Its a brewery inspired by the movie The Big Lebowski. One of my favorite flicks. Enjoy those on your "earned days". "Cheat days" are for Nancy boys. We earn those treats in my book. Ha!

I know the saying "there's only fruits and nuts in California." And well, yes. Its kinda true. Our almonds are pretty damn awesome. Haha. Enjoy! Healthy snacking equals healthy gains.

Raw honey is something I always have in my pantry. I use it daily in a large glass of water along with lemons, cayenne pepper, and apple cider vinegar. That potion is straight medicine for your body. Helps regulate blood pressure and does so much more.

You're gonna love that hammock. Naps outdoors are straight Zen.

Keep Hammerin'! And Happy New Year!

Gotta see what the road situation is this spring. The fires ripped through most of the areas I want to hit this past summer. There's a lot of clean up to be done before they'll let people camp again

 5 days, weesa's back roads of Yellowstone tour
