Just placed an order for the front shocks. I ended up going with bilstein 5100 adjustables up front simply due to money and they are a good quality product from what I've read, just not as smooth riding as the ome shocks. I ordered them from downsouth motorsports. They offer free shipping and tacomaworld discount. Can't beat that. I also ordered new bushings from toyotapartszone.com.

Now hoping for it to all come together as it should

    Same as before... rough lol

The cv angles are mighty steap. even for after I do the boot slide mod. I may take it down later and remove the trimpacker. Haven't decided.

Yeah you may want to take those off until you get something like a steel bumper... I hope it settles in nicely though. Even my 881s were rough at first.

I'll leave them. That will give me more reason to hurry up with the bumper

Home made leafs and 3" longer shackles. I'm pretty proud of how well the leaf packs turned out. I'll try to take some pics of the rear set up tomorrow.

Looks good to me. I ran mine with the stock bumper for a while and was fine. But I added a diff drop. I guess you decide for yourself on that one. When i got my 882's and Dakars on at first I thought it was rough too. Took it out in the dirt a few times and things started to feel great. What psi do you run in your tires? It's a personal preference thing but I like to run mine at about 25psi on the road. I've been doing that for years on both my trucks and haven't notice any additional wear. (got 65K miles on a set of AT's on my heavy cruiser). But the slightly lower pressure really helped to smooth out the little roads bumps. Big difference from when they are set at 35 psi.

I may have to go for the diff drop. can't really hurt I guess.

I've been running about 35-37 psi. I'll definitely try dropping psi for sure. Thanks man

I know. I ran out of time when I was putting everything on. Had to get to work. I have a bracket ready to put on. Just haven't gotten the time. It will be done in the morning though. I also had to cut my tail pipe. So I need to shape up that tip a little better.

Three, kinda... I had an aal on it before, I added two leafs between the aal and the original pack, and took out the overload spring. I figure I don't need it if I have bump stops. Which is another thing I ran out of time for. Will also be doing the boot slide mod in the morning.

And wanted to check to make sure all my lines had enough slack but couldn't get a tire off the ground to know for sure.
