And wanted to check to make sure all my lines had enough slack but couldn't get a tire off the ground to know for sure.

Time for some updates. I went over a rough pothole road and when I did the passenger side cv axle pulled out of the differential. I re-assembled everything and pulled the spacer out from the coilover assembly to help ease the angle a bit. It didn't ease the angle of the axles, but it does ride MUCH smoother now.

Trail-Gear sliders came in and are painted ready to go on. I just have to get with my buddy who does all the welding. I don't have any pictures of them painted yet. Just these the day it came in.

The same guy and I also have a trip to Arizona planned I'll be trying to get ready for. or trying to get ready for anyway. I'm looking forward to spending a week camping out west. Finally got a hi-lift jack. I got the 60", Go big or go home right? Got it mounted up on the rack along with a shovel.

    IMAG0183_0cc46c15154c02c11dfdf5c12237e0ad8a660e6e.jpg

I also picked up a camp shower enclosure and a power inverter. Uncle also gave me a fridge for the trip.

    IMAG0009_2c0397204a683b28c5e79d675e21d398a0d1481c.jpg

The fridge is just put here to see if it worked since he picked it up at a pawn shop. I'll most likely end up pulling theback seat and putting in a platform for storage and the fridge sit on top of the platform. The inverter will be put under driver seat or mounted to the platform. We'll see.

    replaced the broken headlights
    IMAG0357_7b2f5d820e9c06fe27e410e546f04bf7e77d78b8.jpg

retinted the front windows, because the previous owner faded them to purple

I think that brings everything up to speed

Trust me. Everything I've done so far has been on a strict budget. Mods have slowed down now for big ticket items like bumpers and skids

    I should probably update this.

I got new stickers made from a guy locally:
    IMAG0598_5a1ddc7e273263e7d8d160b58e85259c3de2159a.jpg

Replaced my old freebie antenna with a 4ft firestik:
    IMAG0476_c097b58660fe9105d3af926f1a976e96111acf2e.jpg

    stubby antenna:
    IMAG0477_916ce5021bd57d24d0cebe641a752406109ad2bd.jpg

was given an old cb, I had a PA laying around the house so I threw it in to use as a PA just for fun:
    IMAG0846_f378da7917669b74404ce3ce66a88358af4af2b4.jpg

Put small led lights to shine down on the tailgate at night. It's usually used for cooking on or maybe working on truck parts and these lights have already come in very handy:
    IMAG0908_9f742bed814407848e0e345ae13b4e840bb83ef4.jpg

I also wired up rear facing lights because it's real tough to see through the tinted shell at night. They do their job too for being cheap walmart lights
    IMAG0882_32f3379436ce66a5fe7c2a6f14624bc1349be0fc.jpg

Changed the placement of my ultragauge:
    IMAG0937_a6e09011f6cd714c167f627914f756890fecbe27.jpg

Made cupholder tabs out of an old mouse pad:
    IMAG0932_de9efbe44c062b9e23c059f94d146fe34463efbb.jpg

Got a roof basket from the parents for Christmas:
    4B1A07EB-F9E0-44F1-8B78-388BD1F9F2B2-733_31cff3e8b963502e92f5be8ba0cec0a632222670.jpg

and used it a little unconventionally:
    D1EDA844-7B9D-4CEF-BD3F-02C4DA52800F-620_d3f5eb81e54013a82fcfaaadcb638211c106d241.jpg

Lots of little stuff, but that's all I can think of right now

Thanks man. Im not sure it could be considered a "build" compared to some of the rigs on here. Almost any sign shop would probably make some for you if you ask and can kind of show what you want.

Only updates I can think of is that I got a set of 285/75r16 treadwright guarddogs and a set of black steelies. Also got two sets of j-hooks for the kayaks

I notice that you have a sleeping platform in the back. How is it being in the smaller bed? I really want to be able to sleep in the back of my Tacoma but I think it would be too small in the double cab bed.

You're right. When I built it I had hopes of sleeping on it diagonally but it is just too small for sleeping. I am glad I built it though. It has turned into an excellent storage system for me

Toytec Bilstein Adjustable lift. Bilsteins + 3 inch Eibach Coils + AAL in the back
Truck looks fantastic. What kind of steelies? My Toytec 3 inch coils and bilstein lift just came in, about to install it and then order some 33x12.5x15's and I am looking for cheap black steelies.

Honestly, I can't remember where I got them from. They were a no name wheel. I think I got them from Summit
