Yeah it's just a 2.5" spacer and aal swapped over to the silver from the green tacoma. It's not great but will get me a little clearance until I'm able to upgrade. and that may have to be sooner than I was hoping. The Tokico shocks that are under the silver tacoma don't have near the flex that the stock bilsteins did in the green truck.

here's a few more pictures of the process. It was a long day's work

That winch truck came in real handy for the rear. It would have helped a lot for the front if I would have had a bumper and not just that plastic thing.

Lost track many, many mods ago.
I ran across your craigslist ad last night and noticed you had the old prerunner listed with the lift and tires still installed. Hope you change your ad before some fella gets aggravated when he finds out it has stock lift, rims and tires. :p

My first ever flexy pics!

Didn't seem too bad for basically stock, and it stuffed the tires pretty well.

besides off-road, how does the truck ride on the street with the 2.5" spacer? how different from stock?

hahaha well what can I say :D:rolleyes:

It's not an ideal ride. It's not terrible though. I've definitely rode in worse. nobody has ever complained about it. And if it is real bad I'm use to it by now. I don't plan on keeping the spacers on it though. I eventually want to change out all of the suspension for some better ride quality on and offroad. If you're just going for the looks then I would say for the money it is an excellent choice.

Got a new-to-me cb this week! got it installed tonight how I always wanted one installed in my green one. It looks pretty professional to me if I do say so myself.
