It is nice, in almost 8 months of ownership I’ve put almost exactly 1000 miles on it. Talked to Driveshaft’s unlimited about a single piece shaft, gotta get some measurements and take it up there later this week

Kinda lol the 10 mpg thing hurts a bit too, I’ve been slacking. I wasn’t happy with the headstrong 2.5” coils, the 885’s were worse, 886’s have to work better than this. I might order some .5” spacers to put on too cuz I’m actually questioning if they’re gonna put me even close to 3” lift. Hard to get a hub to fender when your fenders have been hacked too lol need to delete that fuckin accumulator as well.

Keep in mind factory coils run about 580lbs rating, so any coils over 600 without running a bumper etc are gonna be stiff

Good thing I got that 200lb ride softener hanging off the front lol I hope it solves it, no point in aligning it until I’m happy with how it sits.:notsure: It’s nuts tho, I was running 884’s and had 2” of lift with the same bumper on the single cab, didn’t think in a million years the weight difference was so much higher, the motor itself only weighs about 100lbs more

I stand corrected about 200 lb difference, but still a little frustrating

    Speaking of 700# coils.

Da fuq o_O How is their blue powder coat and marks on the retainer (none of that was there last week). Drivers side front was making some nasty thud noises going through the field tonight.

What’s it cost to ship a shock or set of shocks? Asking for a friend who might be sending some in for rebuild.
