It's acting fucky. Throwing a misfire code and apparently there's a tube underthe intake that is known to crack on the bottom. Gonna replace that and cross our fingers
    Needs to be scrapped imo

I know this topic has been discussed to death on the main threads but just wanted to know for STL area specifically.

Any of you guys do an undercoat spray in this region (I’m on the east side of the river 20 miles outside STL)? I’ve been here just over 2x years and haven’t done it, I just wash the truck/undercarriage weekly during the winter. Frame and everything under still looks great, no rust. Just curious what the consensus is for this area, thanks.

So far this year I've sprayed two Tacos, a Titan, a Frontier, and a Ram 2500

At least you spray the salt off often, but yeah I recommend getting it done. Most of us use Fluid Film out here, works very well.

Cool, thanks gang! I got a buddy that wants to do his truck in his garage this year and he offered to help me with mine as well, just didn’t know how necessary it was. I think he’s using fluid film as well or that Cosmoline stuff. I figure it’s more or less the same shit but either way I’ll get it done. Thanks again boys

Has anyone in the area changed their rear wheel bearings, and maybe have the tool to press them out? The metal pipe thing you bolt the axle to. (I don't mean a press, I've got that)

Or has anyone had it done somewhere?

I need to replace mine.. Job scared me at first, and I was going to have a mechanic do it.. But, it's kind of hard to find someone who can. And I think I've watched enough videos now, that I could do it. I've already had my axles out, to swap my differential. (although I didn't have to disassemble the drum brakes for that, and I will for this).

    Thanks.
