I live in Wildwood right off of 109 north of Eureka. My kids go/went to Eureka HS. And my house will be for sale very soon, moving down to Bentonville AR. On top of a ridge, no flood insurance needed, not even a sump pump.

 

Are you in that subdivision by alt road?

Oh check out glenco area off oldstate road too. Should be cheaper housing and still rockwood/eureka district for the kids. Youd be right between manchester road and eureka. Might be quicker for work too.

 

No, I am further north at the top of the hill directly across from the YMCA, just south of Old Manchester and 100. Subdivision is just one street and easy to miss, abouyt 100 houses total. No community pool, but low HOA fees. Convenient to the Wildwood Town Center.

 

How soon are you selling? Can I build a small shop/garage?

 

Like as soon as I can find a house in Bentonville, close, get my stuff moved and some minor repairs done. So 2 months likely. But no, you wouldn't be able to build a shop, not likely the HOA would approve.

 

If you want to build like that come out my way like I suggested. (tall oaks, high ridge, wilderness trails) subdivisions. Very lax hoa regulations. Ours just allowed chickens so someone would buy a house, lol.

In other news...

Any of you 2nd gen folks interested in something like this? I'm getting ready to contact the company that made it so I can have one for me and will ask about the possibility of a group buy if enough people are interested. You'd have to supply your own electronics for it obviously.

I saw a red 1st gen today that had a rtt mounted on a 2x4 bed rack lol. (Near Columbia)

 

Just ordered a Mavic Pro. Going to sell the Inspire 1. The Inspire just takes up too much space when traveling.

 

I've been wanting one like that but not one quite as robust. I really only need space for a cb, cb speaker and switch panel.
