    I’ve seen more than a dozen aftermarket steel bumpers in Missouri with no issues. On every type.. pick ups, suv, jeeps.

    However, I don’t know of any laws against it. So take my word lightly :D

    I believe we have bumper height laws, but not bumper material laws. Based on our gross vehicle weight rating, the bottom of the bumper can’t be more than 29” off the ground. Shouldn’t be an issue for most steel bumpers.

    A buddy has an ARB bumper and an OME lift in town and has never had an issue with inspection that I know of.
