It will be an all-day event. There are at least 2 wheeling groups and possibly 3. Many are going and just wheeling without a group. The guy organizing it went down a week or 2 ago and they cleaned up the trails, so pin-striping will be at a minimum. From the replies, it is going to be a heck of a turnout.

Here's an offer for you guys.

I saw a post over on the buy/sell section where a guy was selling a metal bar to block the sliding rear window for $20.

I bought a length of steel square rod from Home Depot for less than $7 that I was able to cut 3 one foot sections from. I painted two of them.

I will use one and will offer the other painted one and the unpainted one free to any of you guys that might want one. Check out the guy's thread.

    Here's what I'm talking about:

You've gotta come get it. I live near 55 and Reavis Barracks.

Thats a great idea. I saw the guy that sells these but would rather make something like this myself. If you didnt live so far from me Id come and get one. Maybe one of these days if we ever have a meet up again. Between work, two kiddos, and hunting season looming my days are slim.

Picked up this bad boy off Craigslist tonight for $300 bucks Im happy as hell!. I had a wanted to buy ad on there since last November and searched pretty regularly and this guy emailed me about 3 weeks ago. Picked it up down in Herculaneum. Just needs a little paint and TLC and it will be good as new.

Would anybody in the area that's good at installing suspension be willing to help me out at some point? I plan to get some new leafs here soon but there's nobody local that I know that could help...

Would just like to have an extra set of hands to help things go a little faster!

    Hmm.... Haha

That's an idea... Too bad you're not closer and we could just install them at the shop on base!

I'm assuming you don't have many tools with you?

The things I would have to buy would be some jack stands, a crow bar, and a block of wood or something.
