    It was the old positive cable that I had cut for another piece like tacomania said yesterday, open circuit situation. Made complete sense once I saw the techstream wire map. Theres so much attached to that single cable it's not even funny, and because of all the relays you cant just do a pass through at the alternator. Starter positive is built into the main bundle.

    I will be posting a detailed write up on It on here and the 4runner forum sometime this week
