    I did 190 miles before that needle went past the first quarter. It's also a floater gauge, so it's not precise.

    Ended up with a tank average of 27.2 mpg. But that's all highway driving, not racing, and I have no roofrack or lift or dirty 3/5's

    well both of those ideas are interesting depending upon the project. I am fairly well versed in mechanics but have little time as I travel a lot for my work.
