Sounds like your nephew needs to learn a valuable life lesson and deal with it himself, no need for you to deal with his crap. Sounds like he can either go to jail and toughen up and learn to not do it again or have you bail him out and not learn a damn thing. If he "cooperates" hes going to wind up dead in a ditch somewhere depending on how big that racket was, snitches get stitches is no joke to those types of people, except its more accurately snitches get a casket. Your best bet is to steer clear of this one and just go visit him in prison and be thankful hes still alive.
