Tacos in St. Louis area

My wife still uses a 6 and it drives me nuts. It’s always crashing, dropping calls and doing crazy things. She WILL not upgrade, even though it’s been years.

 

Finally got one today. Missed a half days worth of work calls/texts but I’m not complaining .
Gotta get used to this newer version.

 

Lol I upgraded years ago, I currently have an LG V20 that I've had for about 3 years now give or take, works perfectly fine still had to replace the battery a few months ago (it's not a sealed phone ). All my mom did with her's is make phone calls and text occasionally. I won't replace mine until I really need to

 

My friend had a 6s she was constantly complaining about because the battery was shot and they refused to spend the $30 to get it replaced because “it shouldn’t be dead”

I finally got her convinced to get a new one with the trade in deal. Now they are like OMG THIS IS SO MUCH NICER

I’ve been trying for years to get her to upgrade but she’s apparently holding onto this phone for dear life!

 

Sounds like she has some kind of unhealthy emotional attachment to it

 

Oh it’s beyond that. She’s an extreme couponer. She hates spending large amounts of money, leaves that up to me lol

Extreme enough that we only “technically” bought 1 box of diapers for 3 kids... she will go to the store and come home with 20 bags of stuff and only spent $3. It’s insane. I still don’t understand.

I have been. She literally researched this stuff before she started. Used to spend hours clipping coupons. It became too much work for her with the two boys so she hasn’t done it much since. We still have a ton of it in our basement that we slowly use.
