Hey St. Louis. Looking to possibly purchase a Billy 5100 lift. Are there any reputable suspension installers within a reasonable distance of South County?
I'm not really looking forward to a Dealer install.

If you head this way on an agreed upon weekend your fellow TW members can help you do it for free.

I have a small private shop just south of Scott AFB in Illinois that a few of the St. Louis area members have made use of to work on trucks together. Makes for a fun experience and gets the work done for free.

Just looking to do the 5100s up front? You plan on buying just the shocks and using your existing springs or buying the whole assembly.

Id be willing to help you out

Right now, I'm looking at a complete set up. Front and back. Coil overs in the front and AAL in the rear. Was just looking at sumosprings as well. With all of that, and tires and wheels it's turning into some BIG $$$$. Running a little gun shy right now. If I do pull the trigger on this, I want to do it right. Thanks much for your offer ChandlerDoom and GT's also. I'm 67 now and when I had my
'02 Ranger, I didn't hesitate to get under it and wrench my heart out. Now it's a little different story and I don't want to impose on the members here. Everyone here is great and have been very helpful as they have been when I had my '11 Taco.

The lift I am looking at is a Toytec 3" Lift w/ Bilstein 5100 Tacoma 2005-16(TTHA-CK-AL).

Good deal, well let me know if you go through with the purchase and I can give you a hand. Could easily knock it out in a couple of hours, especially having a new truck with zero rust

Also if you type @ and follow with a username it will tag them into the post and send them an alert, also quoting their post does the same thing. That way your post doesn't go unnoticed by accident.

@The109 They will be if I can get a firm buyer for them. I will have to order the new rims and tires and have them installed first.
The existing tires and wheels are at 1200 miles now just as a FYI.

I'm assuming the tires are 265/70/16 and everything is in decent shape. Could you post or PM me some pics? TPMS or not? And finally, how much do you want for them?

I'm local and think these would look nice on my black '13 if the price is right.

@The109 Everything is in perfect condition as I only have 1200 miles on them as stated. There will be no TPMS on them as I will exchange them into the new tires and wheels, I can send you the pics if you like, NP. Give me a little while to get that set up for you. Personally, I think they would look great on your '13. I had a Black "11 at one point of time and they would go well with your truck.

If you didn't cut to fit those switches, another company makes OEM style switches to keep it stock looking. I take it the lockers are all buttoned up and ready for some good wheeling

Each of the holes in the dash have specialized cutouts which I assume is to aid the assemblers in getting the switches into the same position each time. A little Dremel time on the sides of the openings made them universal.

If you have a link to the factory type switches I'd be interested in seeing them.

Wiring up a few other accessories on Tuesday and cranking a couple more threads onto the coil overs to accommodate the added weight, other than that, let's go somewhere.
