yes, it's from david. the install is easy; anybody could do it. all you need to do to take out the old one is take two screws out with a phillip's head screw driver and two plastic clips out. then just pop it out. keep the clips and screws. put the new one in the same way you took the old one out and put the screws and clips back in. it shouldn't take but a few minutes. it's a 2011 honeycomb super white and matches well. you can also get the 2010 grille, which is the same as the older ones, only the middle part is kind of a grey or gunmetal color. you should call him up and get one. it makes the truck look a lot better to me with it color matched. it probably will cost a little more to ship it to alaska, but still won't be too much.

Great looking truck! It's subtle yet it stands out. How much did that grill surround set you back? If you don't mind me asking.

I'd think shipping to Alaska would be comparable to shipping to Hawaii so I'd be tempted to order... I just love how well black and white go together.

thanks man. that's what i was going for. different, but not ridiculous. the grille surround was $175, plus like $9.99 shipping. thanks again for the compliments. here's the thread with the info about how to get a color matched grille.

thanks. the suspension is like riding on a cloud compared to the previous spacers. NEVER GET SPACERS! lol. but seriously, it is a lot nicer. it soaks up and dampens the potholes and rough spots in the road so much nicer. it does have that more "firm" or "stiff" feel compared to stock. it's not a bad feel, it just feels more like a truck compared to riding on the stock suspension, which felt like soft pillows. for the price and how it performs, i'd recommend old man emu to anyone. it's the best buy. i will add that if you have the extra money, get the leaf packs instead of the add a leaf, it will be a little more plush of a ride.

plasti-dipped my rear bumper. pic added in OP. i did it to give me an idea of how it will look blacked out. i'm considering color matching it super white or bedlining it. check it out and let me know what you think.

Thanks man. I've spent a good bit of time and money on her. You got a nice truck too. The 295's are doing good. They didn't take much power away and my mpg's are still pretty good. I just trimmed back the plastic a lot, no cab mount, and I can't get them to rub. I was clear lock to lock even on a light trail. My only problem with them was the Discount Tire that put them on didn't balance them good and I had to have them rebalanced within a week.

Yeah, I have lifetime (of the tire) free rotate and balance with Discount Tire too. I just took it to a different one when I had them rebalanced. Sounds like you need to do some cutting! Lol. Nah, I'm fine with cutting my plastic, but I was relieved that they didn't rub my cab mount. That's something I didn't wanna get into, unless I had to. With my normal driving I don't think I ever will. Hey, since you normally are in on the GA meets, let me know next time ya'll have one closer to me.
