So I'm thinking about yanking my single backseat out(behind drivers seat) and converting it to a dog platform/pad and having drawers/storage on the side that the door opens on.

Still searching around for anyone that's done this on the forum for some inspiration/direction.

Got a couple weekends to make up. Went to the sand dunes for LDW so here's a photodump from that trip.
Was amazed at the amount of people driving and camping off trail and not in campsites. Pretty insane. anyways..

Couple shots from the Telluride area trip

Our spot in Yankee Boy Basin, ran into another gen2 DCSB with a RTT and 35s, bro'd out with them for a sec before heading our separate ways to set up camp. Couple from NM, nice folks.

Hey man, Glad to see you are using your rack well! Been looking between this in mid and tall, and if I wanted this rack or something like BAMF or others.

How are your bed sides holding up so far? My biggest thing is that all the weight seems to hit in four locations that are small, versus having large metal "Pads". Idk what to call it but hopefully it was kinda clear.

Truck set up looks amazing tho! Really dig how much the rack can accommodate

oh dang, i was out of country when you posted this - just checked my build thread again and saw them!
    sorry bud!

bedsides are holding up well for now it seems, I'll still be getting some bedside stiffeners soon though. Mods are on hold till holiday season, knocking out some end-of-wheeling-season maintenance in the mean time.

Definitely going pelfreybilt, just a matter of collecting funds now. also saving for a new Sig Sauer so that's delaying it as well...

The weight is actually distributed between the cleat rail, where the rack actually attaches, and the bed sides.

good! everything looks and feels fine. Impossible to align right now, really need some UCAs but I've got some other things i need to buy first. will prob get UCAs with new tires whenever that is(perhaps the ST maxx or STT pro)

it drives a bit slow, but i dont speed really at all and i dont mind it. poor acceleration but also, not why i drive the truck.

conclusion, it's been overall very worth it, even in the ghetto-ish way i've done it
