    This is true, they are indeed not always the same thing.

    I was really hoping someone (an american) who was alive for both Bush's would answer my question of which they thought was more intelligent. Politics aside, don't care who you think was a better president, just straight up intelligence. I thought it was pretty commonly accepted that George W. wasn't one of our "smarter" presidents regardless of whether he was a "good" or "bad" president.

    I was a fan of senior even though he "HAD" to raise taxes. His biggest mistake in my mind was not flattening Iraq with some tactical nukes many moons ago when they invaded Saudi Arabia.
