a lot of coworkers be pissed, but hey managers know best.

they'll (managers) have fun dealing with the tards that dont know chit about cookin now. like the fat bitch that doesnt know how to use a scale or hold a knife.

I found that managers in the food business were not very good at talking to employees

    some are some arent.

the restaurant i worked at a few years ago was the shit. awesome cooks, awesome manager (used to be a cook, might be why) all around good time. i never got pissed off there.

fast forward to ruby tues and i got pissed off a few times a week, hire cooks with no experience and throw em on line with us on a weekend, makes us who know what we're doing want to kill the newbies, then we get pissed off cause they hire servers who dont know shit and ring in wrong stuff/forget to ring stuff in which pisses us off too....its just a mess back there.

I read back through. If it doesn't have anything on it you're going to need a rest, sight, a release(that's the thing on your wrist) arrows(cut to length and they hafta be the right spine)practice tips, a quiver(3d style) and someone to do all the setup. If you need any help lemme know. I know of a great archery shop local

Yeah they're not workin on just bows/crossbows all the time. Leeann and beth at millers are the only people I will let work on my bow. There's way too much that can go wrong and if something does go bad, chances are it requires medical attention

Arrow fell off the rest. I use a hostage rest. They make fallaway rests that have guards around em. $145 for one of those.

Looks like I might have to use the axle relocation plates after-all. tires rub pretty good on the front of the rear wheel well. Drove it up the bank behind the office to check.

You don't know the half of it. Comp had a brain fart or something. There were over 20 of them.

We all know it was more than likely user error though

tire rubs on the front of the rear wheel well. Might install the relocation plates this weekend to move it back a little.
