    Ouch. Thanks.

I told the story to my local cop buddy. He said "Good for you, that kid is an asshole"

What is so odd about that? I am having the alignment done...again. Since they screwed it up the first time, they are being extra anal about it this time.

If I don't go to RC, it will be due to the weather, I will have my truck back this afternoon.

It was for the caster. I had them set it at 3* for firewall clearance. Not worried about knocking it out at RC.

I'm still working on that. I was going to take it for balancing this afternoon, but I had no ride to pick it up. Next week, I suppose.

Shop one had 13oz of weight on one tire...didn't rotate tire on wheel, didn't listen to me concerning low pro sticky weights, fucked up my brand new paint putting rim weights on that fell off when I picked one up.

Shop B addressed all my concerns, rotated "bad" tire on wheel, and installed low pro sticky weights in a professional manner. They somehow shed 9-1/2oz of weight from the "bad" wheel simply by rotating it on the wheel.

I need to save up as much money as possible and start a 4x4 shop. Buy/lease an old gas station with 2 bays and have at it putting on spacer lifts, doing fluid changes, and selling/installing 20" chrome rims and tires all day. Then reinvest in the company with profits and get alignment machine. :D

I would seriously consider changing careers to become a grease monkey working for myself. My buddy is doing it right now with street bikes and dirt bikes and he has been bringing in tons of cash for the past 3 years. Then I could write off every meet and function I attend.

I wonder what 3* of caster means? Does it mean, set caster to 0.8*? I think not. 3* would have the steering axis laid farther back from vertical, correct?
