    My only word of advice pertains to where the car is located. Never buy a city car. That 190k is the hardest 190 k you could ever imagine regardless of how good the owner kept up on it. Philly streets are down right horrible

    Good commuter. If the engine was maintained, it will run a good bit longer. You would still have to be concerned with steering, suspension, etc. Those parts are cheap though, especially aftermarket. It's got a wing...Big plus.

    One of my coworkers had a black older civic in Philly that was nothing special. He had his window smashed and car robbed 3 times. Eventually he just stopped replacing the crap they stole and started keeping his doors open.
