    Still, the material gets cold. Cloth seats don't really get cold.

    But if I had the option of heated or cooled seats, definitely would go cooled.

    Understood. When we were looking, unless you got the base model with no options, you were getting leather seats.

    Yeah my GF got a base Crosstrek late last year. The major difference between base and next level were heated seats and fog lights for like $1k more... Fogs would be nice but you can get a full kit with morimoto leds for like $300, pass on the heat

    Yeah I understand that. She'll be looking at the Ascent whenever it comes out, the new Lincoln Aviator, the Volvo XC90, and maybe a couple others. So with those, almost any option adds leather. I'm trying to get her to look at a 4runner but she's not the biggest fan.
