So I finally took it to a mechanic, and I just got the call today that the the entire relay box needs to be replaced.
The guy said I have two options:
    1) some type of bypass method that would fix the issue at hand ($200)
    2) replace the relay box entirely and fix it right ($800+)
He was very confusing over the phone, so will have to wait until they open again to better understand my choices.

I checked the fuse and it was blown so I replaced it and everything was back to normal. I recently installed a trailer wiring harness and have pulled the trailer several times with no issues. Friday night I hooked the trailer up for Saturday morning and when I left the house I noticed my instrument cluster lights weren’t working nor were my tail lights on truck and trailer. Brake lights and turn signals worked fine though. I also checked fuse for the cluster lights and that fuse was fine. But like I previously mentioned, the dash lights and tail lights are working now after replacing fuse. Not sure why the fuse blew unless it was coincidentally that time.

    Head lights work fine?

Double check the fuse . Fuse loose in the socket?

Since the lights on both are not working if it was a open circuit in the trailer harness the truck lights should still work.

loose connection in the tail light circuit drawing to much current opens the fuse.

brake lights and turn signals are separate circuits to the converter box then they all get merged.

Converter boxes seem to cause no end of light problems.

    Good luck!
