2013 Tacoma XSP-X

Has anybody on here done a tail as turn mod on a 2nd Gen Tacoma? I want to do this but I want the top and bottom bulb to be reverse lights and the middle LEDs should flash when the blinker is on. I’ve already got the white bulbs in but the harness my builder sent me is a mess and missing stuff.
