    Question.

Just recently my vehicle's driver side tail light is not working. However, when I press the brake pedal the driver side brake light DOES work.

This isn't a bulb issue right since the same bulb is the tail light and brake light?

    Any ideas?
    Thanks

Yes it is a possible bulb issue.

Exactly this - there are two filaments within the one bulb, if one burns out, the other will probably still work - replace the bulb FIRST.
