Tail Light & Parking Light Issues (2002 Tacoma)

HP intake, 4" lift

Tail lights & Front Side Lights went out. Checked every fuse in the truck, in the cab and under the hood. They were all good. Front left side bulb and connector are corroded, will clean or replace. Pulled the lens cover off the rear tails. The backup light twists into the cover but the turn & and tail light bulbs have a metal connector that I would like to know how it is removed before I start cranking on it. Does it twist or just pull out? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
