You see, I find it weird how the lights cause no problems when using brake lights, however I turn on my headlights they blow the fuse. Headlights I have removed from the equation by taking out the fuses, so It's the tails somewhere.

I wouldn't have even touched the headlights since they are not the ones causing you issues and are still on. That would be one of the last circuits I would touch if I was at wits end with the problem. Have you taken out the tail lights entirely yet and installed a fuse as I previously suggested?

When did this problem begin anyways?

Turn signal stalk possibly. It's the only other circuit within the wiring which controls the headlights and tail lights.

Again, when did this start happening?

After I put my new tails in today about 3 hours ago. Just noticed it when My buddy said I had no tail lights driving in the dark. Its fine with break lights, reverse lights and blinkers. But as soon as I turn on my lights, (head and tail) fuse gets blown

You probably pinched the red an green wire at the wiring harness leading up to the tail lights during install of the new ones. Check that area carefully.

Excuse me, I mean you probably pinched the solid green wire.

I'll take it that that green wire with the red stripe is the wire for the tails from the light switch correct? I checked it over and didn't see any issues

You don't magically get issues after simply swapping out tail lights. Check your harness over good. The solid green is running lights for tail lights on lights mode, the green with red stripe is when you press the brakes.

Mechanical and electrical problems are usually caused by the last operation performed before the problem surfaces. You were messing with the wiring.

NEVER install a higher amp capacity fuse unless you know and have verified that all components of the circuit can handle the higher current.

Eventually some other component becomes the fuse-able element, and then you have a fire.

Track down the problem in the circuit until you know the cause of the over-current (or short circuit) condition, then fix it.

Alright.. I've traced the solid green wire from the grey connectors carefully up to the brake like bulb on each side, I can't see a problem

It's definitely something you did. Recheck your work until you get sick of starring at it.

If its popping a fuse, there must be two wires crossing right? So it could be that, but I would have seen it if there was. So maybe it is within the socket...

I'm telling you install the fuse without installing a tail light. If it does not pop the problem is when the harnesses are hooked up.

So put in the fuse, and don't hook up the new tail lights or put in the old ones, just leave it open right?

Install new fuse with taillights out - plug old taillights (ones that you know work) in, see if fuse blows. If fuse doesn't blow - install new taillights.
if fuse blows with new taillights installed and not the old ones, there's a problem with your new tails.
